It's official, Three Seas Cornwall is now a Registered Provider (RP) of social housing, certified by the Regulator of Social Housing - the Government body that controls social housing provision.

This marks a huge milestone, not only for the Looe project, but for us as an organisation. It's been this last hurdle holding up our progress, and now with RP status in hand (finally!), we can get on with the building and refurbishment of the Coastguard Flats.

Becoming a Registered Provider confirms that we meet the standards required to own and manage social housing, unlocking new funding options and giving us the go ahead to bring our long-planned projects to life.
