Welcome to the team!
We’re delighted to welcome Nancy Parsons to the team as our Community Coordinator on the Isles of Scilly. Nancy is supporting this early phase of the project by helping to inform, involve, and inspire the local community as ideas take shape.

She brings a deep commitment to sustainable, affordable housing and to strengthening the resilience of island communities. With a background in biological sciences, alongside experience in creative and community-focused roles, Nancy approaches her work with curiosity, care, and a strong connection to place.

Having travelled and worked with rural communities abroad, Nancy has now returned to the Isles of Scilly to put down roots with her partner. We’re excited to have her on board and look forward to the insight, local knowledge, and energy she’ll bring to our work with the community.
